The Recon Jacket combines the best elements of our EVAP and Bruiser outerwear into a versatile, midweight hunting jacket built for changing conditions. Designed to balance dependable weather protection, breathable comfort, and unrestricted movement, it gives hunters a reliable outer layer for rainy mornings, windy boat rides, damp field setups, and unpredictable days in the blind.

The stretch shell is made from an 83% nylon and 17% spandex woven fabric with a polyester knit backing for comfortable mobility and added structure. A Toray Dermizax™ membrane delivers a waterproof rating of 20,000 mm H₂O and a moisture vapor permeability rating of 10,000 g/m²/24H, helping keep rain out while allowing heat and perspiration to escape during active use. At 168 gsm, the fabric provides a durable midweight feel without becoming overly heavy or restrictive.

Adjustable cuffs, hood, and waist cinches allow you to customize the fit and help seal out wind and rain when conditions deteriorate. Two-way underarm zippers provide quick ventilation and increased airflow when temperatures rise or activity levels increase. A generous collar, center-zip wind flap, and structured hood visor add coverage around the core, neck, and face when the weather turns.

Trusted YKK Aquaguard® water-repellent zippers are used throughout for dependable performance in wet conditions. Ergonomic zipper pullers make each zipper easier to operate while wearing gloves, helping you adjust ventilation or access storage without removing your hand protection.
